Important Notice About Referral Scheduling

Due to an increase in referral volume, Petworks Veterinary Hospital has implemented a triage protocol for referrals to help us prioritize patient care based on urgency. 

All incoming referrals are reviewed by our clinical team and categorized by medical need: 

• Emergent and urgent cases will be prioritized for immediate or expedited care. 

• Non-urgent or routine cases may experience longer wait times depending on departmental availability. 

Our referral team will contact your client as soon as possible once the case has been reviewed.
